Lakeshore Cryo-Probe Station

The CRX-6.5K would be of interest for those looking for temperature dependent electrical transport measurements with the convenience of cryogen-free operation. The station can cool down to cryogenic temperatures unassisted, by virtue of its closed cycle refrigerator (CCR).

Some of the key features of the probe station are:

• No. of probes – 4 (suitable for measuring currents from fA to mA)
 • CCD camera for viewing the sample.
 • Temperature Range – 8 K to 350 K
 • Chamber Vacuum < 10-5 hPa
 • Sample size < 51 mm diameter
