The research group focuses on many overlapping transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). These 2D materials require synthesis and design for useful application in devices, batteries and electrocatalysis. Our work is in engineering different phases, doping, structures, composition, defectiveness, and dimension of TMDs through various treatments the lab specialises in.
