SPIN150

Wafer Spinner

The SPIN150 Wafer Spinner is used to apply thin films in a liquid phase to a substrate. It is constructed with high purity semiconductor grade plastics for ultimate cleanliness. No metal components are in contact with process chemicals, or fumes. This ensures the SPIN150 can accommodate a wide range of process chemicals, with no risk of metals contamination, or system damage.
